| 摘 要： | 在新的历史阶段,农业、农村、农民问题的核心是农民收入问题。它直接关系到全面建设小康社会宏伟目标的实现。提高农民收入的途径有很多,笔者认为提高农产品竞争力是促进农民收入增长的有效措施。

| Abstract: | On the new historical stage, the core of agriculture, countryside and farmers is farmers income which is closely related with the realization of the overal construction of a well - off society. There are many ways to increase farmers' income. The author believes enhancing the competitiveness of farm products is an effective meas-ure to promote farmers income. |
