| 摘 要： | 在分析洛阳市农村工业分散布局现状的基础上指出了农村工业向小城镇集中缓慢的原因 ,提出了加快农村工业向小城镇集中的对策 :合理进行小城镇的建设规划、加强农村工业进入城镇工业小区的领导和尽快出台有效政策。
