摘    要:社会中介组织的基本属性是由组织设立目的、职能及权力属性所决定的.社会中介组织实现公共利益、提供公共服务、履行公共职能的行为表明,公共性是其本质属性.社会中介组织的公共性属性昭示:社会中介组织的核心价值理念应包括责任、人道、效率等三个方面.
