| 摘 要： | 通过分析我国现行土地开发整理管理模式和特点,提出了土地规划设计不到位,土地开发整理意识不强,项目法人缺位等问题,对现行管理模式与代建制管理模式进行比较,指出代建制模式的优势。

| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the current operation of Land Consolidation,the author puts forward the problems and shortages of Land Consolidation such as: planning design is not professional,the consciousness is superficial,project legal person is absent.The author introduces the representative construction system pattern and its function and compares two kinds of management patterns through the land consolidation project characteristic analysis,points out the superiority of representative construction system pattern. |
