农村家庭不同类型收入对人力资本投资的影响

根据西方消费理论，利用绝对收入假说模型、相对收入假设模型，实证分析了不同类型收入对中国农村家庭狭义人力资本投资的影响。结果显示：当期收入、永久性收入与暂时性收入对农村家庭人力资本投资都有一定影响，影响系数分别为0．432、0．657、0．014，其中，永久性收入的影响最大；农村家庭的人力资本投资水平并不高。据此提出，为改善农村家庭人力资本投资行为，应帮助农村家庭增收创收、促进农村家庭暂时性收入向永久性收入有效转变，同时有关各方应做好农村家庭进行人力资本投资的引导工作。

Influence of different income types of rural families on human capital investment

The paper made analysis between different types of income and rural family human capital investment behavior by using the absolute income hypothesis model, relative income hypothesis model, The results show： the current income, permanent income and temporary income of rural family have certain influence on human capital investment behavior, influence coefficient is respectively 0.432, 0.657, 0.014, permanent income has the biggest influence; rural family human capital investment is not high. In order to improve the rural family education investment, health investment and the transfer of investment behavior, this paper argues that its focus is to help rural households to increase income. To promote rural family temporary income to transform into permanent income effectively transformation, all parties concerned should do great to guide rural family human capital investment.
