| 摘 要： | 教育融资总量不足、效率不高、投入不均等问题,已经严重影响到我国教育规模、结构、质量、效益的协调发展。利用"扬峰填谷"、依法治校、城乡统筹、发行教育劵等手段,弥补目前教育融资短缺的问题,让各类学校得以均衡发展。

| Abstract: | Such problems as inadequate education financing,low efficiency and uneven investment have greatly affected the country’s coordinated development in education scale,structure,quality and benefit.Utilizing means like "improving the good and strengthening the weak",managing schools legally,making a coordinated design in urban and rural development,issuing education voucher,etc.,will make up for the shortage of education financing and enable various schools to obtain a balanced development. |
