| 摘 要： | 教育主权作为国家主权的一部分 ,同样是神圣不可侵犯的。在全球化进程中以及我国加入WTO后 ,如何处理好维护教育主权与进一步发展中外合作办学的关系成为当前中外合作办学发展中一个十分突出的问题 ,文章在分析了中外合作办学发展中有可能出现的几种对教育主权有所冲击的现象后 ,提出了一些具体的对策

| Abstract: | Educational sovereignty must not be infringed as an important part of state sovereignty. After China's entry into WTO, it becomes an essential issue in dealing with the relationship between safeguarding educational sovereignty and promoting Sino-Foreign cooperation in running schools. After analyzing some cases in which China's educational sovereignty was threatened, the present paper offers some suggestions. |
