| 摘 要： | 在“爱国守法、明理诚信、团结友善、勤俭自强、敬业奉献”的20个字公民基本道德规范中,爱国守法是公民的首要的道德责任;明理诚信是公民良好道德素质的表征;团结友善是公民必备的思想品德;勤俭自强是公民可靠的立身途径;敬业奉献是公民崇高的精神境界。它们环环紧扣,层层递进,构成一个紧密联系、不可分割的完整体系。

| Abstract: | In the 20-Chinese charactercitizen' s basic codes of ethnics,Loving the country and keeping law are the first moral responsibility of Chinese citizens; knowing reasons and seeking honesty are the elblem of citizens' good ethnics;Unity and friendliness are the citizen' s necessary ideological ethnics;Diligence and striveness are the citizens' reliable ways of conducting themselves in society;Loveing the job and dedication are the citizens' noble spirits, the are closely connected with each other and form an inseperable integrity. |
