| 摘 要： | 抗战时期,四川作为西南大后方建设的重心,大量征用民工进行地方建设.四川地方建设征用民工,主要是进行地方自卫、道路、水利、造林、垦荒、灾患防护以及其它公共福利工事的建设并取得了明显成效.四川对征用的民工建立了管理和组织、规定了经费和待遇.
