| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来，伴随着世界教育改革的浪潮，欧洲各国先后进行了中小学校管理体制的改革，与此同时，我国中小学校管理体制改革在广度和深度方面都有较大推进，但在实际操作中，还是暴露出了一些问题。它山之石、可以攻玉。国外学校管理体制的改革无论是成功的经验，还是失败的教训，都对我国的学校管理体制的改革有所借鉴。

| Abstract: | Since 1990s, with the development of the world educational transformation in the European countries,the transformations of the administrative system in elementary and middle schools are in progress.Meanwhile,the transformation has been improved greatly in its depth and scope, and many problems have been exposed.Whether the transformations of other countries are successful or not,we can learn much from them. |
