| 摘 要： | 高校学生社团是高校学生行使公民结社权的表现形式,对其管理属于公法范畴.高校学生社团内部法律关系比较混乱,代表性不强;其外部法律关系严谨,管理规定合法性让人质疑.高校学生社团具有促进大学自治、维护学生权益等法律价值.

| Abstract: | The student societies in institutions of higher learning are the very performance of students to exercise human right of assembly, the management of which belongs to the public law category. The present internal legal relations in these societies are in a state of chaos. The external legal relations, however, are very harsh. The legality of their management stipulations is questionable. The student societies have legal values in safeguarding the students' rights and interest, as well as accelerating the autonomy of institutions of higher learning. |
