北元时期蒙古族女性社会地位探论——以《阿勒坦汗法典》为视角

在北元时期,蒙古族妇女享有较高的家庭地位、社会地位和法律地位.俺答汗时期所颁发的<阿勒坦汗法典>重视对蒙古族女性的保护,进一步完善了中国封建法律保护女性的传统模式.尽管<阿勒坦汗法典>不是整个蒙古社会所制定的大法,实施的范围也十分有限,但这一法典对于推动蒙古社会的政治经济发展,对于蒙古社会的法制建设都具有重大的历史意义.

On the Social Position of Mongolian Women during Meng and Yuan Period

During Meng and Yuan period,Mongolian women enjoyed relatively higher position in family,society and law affairs.The Aletanhan Code issued in Andahan period emphasized protection of Mongolian women,which further completed the traditional pattern of protecting women in China's feudal law.Although the Code was not the supreme law for the whole Mongolian society and its scope of implementation was limited,it had greatly promoted the political and economic development of Mongolian society and played an important role in Mongolian legal construction.
