| Abstract: | From the analysis of the illegal monopoly in software copyright license, the author holds that copyright abuses and abnormal markets are both of illegal monopoly. The author further puts forward that, in defining an illegal monopoly in the software copyright license, full attention must be directed to the weak position of the copyright owner in the copyright trade market. To balance the software copyright license will bring benefits to both the copyright owner and the entire society, thus making a determination advantageous to the copyright owner |
