| 摘 要： | 十一届三中全会恢复了党的解放思想、实事求是的思想路线,把全党和全国的工作重点转到以经济建设为中心的轨道上,启动了中国的改革开放.在十分复杂的历史条件下,中国的改革开放既没有走"私有化"之路,也没有走"全盘西化"之路,而是从中国社会主义初级阶段的基本国情出发,走社会主义制度自我完善和发展之路,坚持以经济建设为中心,坚持市场取向改革,坚持全方位开放,并以此作出中国改革开放的总体设计.这正是中国改革开放取得成功的基本经验所在.
