国有企业改革中政府角色定位辨析

本文第一部分分析了东欧各国国有企业改革过程中政府的定位,第二部分分析了西欧、美日等西方国家国有企业改革过程中政府的定位,第三部分综合二者的利弊,从理论和实践上探讨了我国在国有企业改革过程中政府角色的定位。本文试图通过比较东西方国家对国有企业采取的两种不同的道路,综合分析,比较择优,吸取二者之长,剔除二者之短,寻找到有独具特色的中国政府在国有企业改革过程中的定位。

An Analysis of Government Orientation during the Process of State-owned Enterprises' Reform

This article can be divided into three parts, the first part analyses the government orientation during the process of state-owned enterprises'reform in East Europe. The second part analyses the government orientation during the process of state-owned enterprises'reform in West Europe, the United States and Japanese. The third part synthesizes the advantage and the disadvantage of those above two, probes into the government orientation during the process of state-owned enterprises'reform in China theoretically and practically. I try to compare the two different path with the process of state-owned enterprises'reform in east and west countries.
