| 摘 要： | 高校教师对学生的人文关怀是教师坚持以大学生发展为本,但实际教学过程中,教师对学生仍存在许多不足:如忽视教育完善个人需要的价值;注重教师的主导作用,轻视学生的主体性发展;在教学方式上"重教师灌输,轻师生对话";师生间疏于交往甚至无交往.学校要唤起教师对学生进行人文关怀的意识,教师要在教育教学过程、师生交往、为人师表等过程中对学生给予人文关怀.
