外商直接投资（FDI）对中国技术溢出效应技术近年来受到颇多怀疑和争议。对中国利用FDI的技术溢出效应进行实证量化研究，证明“以市场换技术”的FDI战略并未收到成效。在分析FDI技术溢出效应的基础上，针对存在于我国的多个制约因素，探讨了提升FDI对我国技术溢出效应的策略

Technology Spillover Effects f FDI and the Measures Concerned in China

In Recent years debates and doubts on the promoting effects of foreign direct investment(FDI)on technological spillover effects have been heated in China.Empirical studies show that the FDI strategy of "using market to exchange for technologies" is not efficient in China.This paper makes a study of a variety of constraints and proposes some measures concerning the improvement of the technology spillover effects of FDI.
