| 摘 要： | 在加强研究生管理的同时，更应充分调动研究生学习的积极性，引进激励机制，建立各种奖励制度，促进研究生全面发展，提高综合素质。建立研究生奖学金激励制度需要遵循适合性、整体性及客观性原则，主要项目包括普通奖学金、综合奖学金、优秀奖学金及单项奖学金。

| Abstract: | In order to promote all-round development of graduates,improving their overall quality,it is necessary to mobilize the enthusiasm of postgraduates,introduce incentive mechanisms,and establish various incentive systems.The establishment of scholarship incentive systems needs to follow appropriate,comprehensive and objective principles.The main contents include general scholarship,comprehensive scholarship,outstanding scholarship,and individual scholarship. |
