| Abstract: | There exist various problems in the development of hi g h-tech industry in Shanxi province, such as inadequacy of invested capital, lac k of qualified scientific and technological talents, slow development of high-t echindustry. And therefore, it's important and imperative to establish strategy and to make out the policy for high-tech industry development in Shanxi. The au thors,considering the actual conditions in Shanxi, puts forward a series of hig h-tech industry strategies of developing advanced material, advanced manufactur ing technology, environmental protection,ecological economic and so on. |
