| 摘 要： | 市场经济客观要求财政收入应确保政府弥补市场缺陷的需要 ,税收是财政收入的主体 ,财政收入具有法律约束的规范性 ,而目前我国的财政收入在规模上和结构体系上存在着诸多扭曲现象 ,必须对其进行修构 ,实现财政收入规模和结构的优化。

| Abstract: | Financial revenue is objectively required to ensure the government request to remedy the market defect.Tax is the main part of financial revenue.Financial revenue is of legally binding force.whereas in present China,there are many distortions in the scale and structural system of the financial revenue.Therefore we must revise and construct it so as to realize the scale and structure optimism. |
