| 摘 要： | 在我国实施西部大开发战略9 周年之际，从经济开发区发展水平这一视角，考察西部大开发战略的实施绩效。从玻氏熵理论出发，通过导入Theil不均衡指数，在东、中、西部开发区发展不平衡的定量评价上做了一些探索。选取国家级经济开发区作实证分析，结果显示，东部开发区经济发展水平仍大大高于中、西部地区，差距甚至有逐步扩大的趋势，开发区发展龋很不均衡，西部大开发战略在西部开发区的发展上没有达到期望的绩效。
