农村民间组织在道德建设中的作用机理

农村民间组织日益成为村民自我管理、自我服务和自我教育的重要力量，尤其在农村道德建设中发挥积极作用。追求公平正义的实现、信奉自愿奉献的利他精神、体现以人为本的人道主义、实现民主平等的自由价值、讲求诚信的契约精神等伦理特质是农村民间组织在道德建设中发挥作用的内在基础，农村社会的伦理特点是农村民间组织在道德建设中发挥作用的外部社会环境，村民自治的兴起和政府组织在道德建设中作用的弱化需要农村民间组织发挥作用进行补位，为农村民间组织的发展提供了时代条件。

On the Mechanism on Which Rural Folk Organizations Play a Part in the Morality Building

The rural folk organizations are increasingly becoming an important force in villagers＇ self- management, self-service and self-education, especially in rural morality building. Ethical traits, such as pursuit of social fairness and justice, altruistic mentality of voluntary devotion, human-oriented humanitarian connotations, awareness of democracy and freedom, credit-oriented contractual spirit, and so on, constitute the internal fundament on which the rural folk organizations play a part in the morality building; the ethical features of rural society constitute the external social environment in which the rural folk organiztions play a part in the morality building; and the emergence of villagers＇ self-government and the weakening of government＇s role in the morality building both need the rural folk organizations to play a part, which provides a times condition for the existence and development of rural folk organizations.
