With the development of the network technology, the protection of the copyright of works on the networks has encountered severe challenges. On the one hand, the traditional term of copyright is likely to be redefined in the network society; on the other hand, the courts have encountered or will encounter many new problems while dealing with cases on violation of copyright on the networks.
