| Abstract: | Instead of valuing the mechanical administrative model advocated by Tailor, modern administration lays emplasis on taking man as the leading factor and attains effective management by bringing man's initiative and consciousness into full play. The paper analyzes various effective inspiring factors, touches on the basic principles for encouragement and gives a full account of the ways and means in gaining effective inspiration. |
