试论公文语言与文风

搬掉“山”,这是社会信息交流与人的接受能力之间均衡的需要,也是当代信息社会对公的渴求。如何才能搬掉“山”,树立正确风,应从理念上和公语体上两个方面着手。此外,还应该有个“自上而下”的准“法”规,才能革去“废话、空话、套话”,才能净化冗余信息,公语言就会简而意明。

On Language & Writing Style in Official Document

Getting rid of "hills" of official documents is a requirement for equilibrium between social information exchange and man's ability to receive information. The author argues that getting rid of "hills" of official documents should start with document concept and writing style as well as the regulations made by various levels of administrators so as to clean up language rubbish.
