| 摘 要： | 以党建科学化为视角,分析新形势下领导干部思维能力的新要求,指出提高领导干部战略思维是实现党建科学化的关键,进一步分析提出提高领导干部战略思维的若干路径选择,以促使领导干部更好地对决定全局的长远的重大事情进行正确筹划和实施,牢牢掌握住科学发展的主动权。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of a scientific party building,new requirements for leading cadres′ thinking ability in the current situation are analyzed.It is held that improving leading cadres′ strategic thinking is the key to realize a scientific party building.Accordingly different approaches to improve leading cadres′ strategic thinking are proposed,so as to promote leading cadres correctly plan and implement the events with long-term and overall significance and accelerate scientific development initiatively. |
