| 摘 要： | 本文应用BP神经网络模型尝试了对国家信息化水平的评价,各个评价指标的权重是由网络通过学习自动生成的,避免了传统方法中人为确定权重的主观性,使评价更具客观性和准确性,为研究制定信息化发展战略提供了参考和依据。

Realization of Neural Network on the Test of the Nantional Informational Level |

| Abstract: | Developing information level is important innovational work in the field of our building national information.This article using BP neural network tries to evaluate the level of our country and each area's information.The weight of every appraisement index is generated automatically from the network,therefore it is more objective and accurate.It can nicely entirely reflect the level of our country and each area's information in time,and provides references for investigating and ordering information development stratagems. |
