社会信用建设的模式比较

建立完善的社会信用体系，关系到社会的良性运行和有效整合。根据动力机制与核心结构的不同，大致可将发达国家的社会信用建设模式分为三种：以市场化运作为核心的美国模式、由政府推进的欧洲模式、依靠行业协会的日本模式。引入SCRR-E信用体系生态模型，从结构、内容、规则、功能四个维度对三种模式进行横向比较发现，三种模式各有其优劣。探讨适应我国国情的社会信用体系建设之路，必须充分考虑到我国现有的社会结构和社会文化环境。

The Comparison of Social Credit Construction Mode

The building of a perfect social credit system relates to the social development and integration.According to the dynamic mechanism and the different core structure,the social credit construction model can be divided into three kinds broadly: the United States mode to take the market as the core,the European model to promote by the government,the Japanese mode to rely on the industry association.The paper introduces the ecological model of SCRR-E credit system to compare and find out the advantages and disadvantages of the three modes from the four dimensions of the structure,content,rules and function.The paper suggests that we explore the road to construct our social credit system,we should considerate the present social structure and social cultural environment.
