| 摘 要： | 城市社区是指城市一定生活空间的居民所形成的以区域为纽带的社会共同体。城市社区建设具有社会性、地域性、自治性、依存性和群众性等基本特性；城市社区的基本功能包括政治功能、服务功能、社会保障功能、学习功能、文化功能和经济功能等。
