番茄酱基质对30种有机磷农药残留量测定的影响

摘    要:研究了番茄酱基质对30种有机磷农药气相色谱法测定的影响。制备两种不同的校准曲线,即溶剂标准曲线(SC)和番茄酱基质标准曲线(TMC)。用两种不同的校准曲线对同一采集的数据计算线性范围、相关系数、线性方程、检出限、回收率及相对标准偏差,并对两种不同的校准曲线的结果进行了t检验。30种有机磷农药番茄酱基质标准曲线(TMC)的相关系数优于溶剂标准(SC),甲胺磷、乙酰甲胺磷、氧化乐果、久效磷的检测限,番茄酱基质标准曲线(TMC)低于以溶剂标准曲线(SC)。两种不同的校准曲线计算的回收率都符合70-120%的一般规定,而只有以番茄酱基质标准曲线(TMC)计算的回收率符合2002/657/EC中70-110%的规定。实验结果表明,存在基质增强效应,基质增强效应的产生与有机磷农药的分子结构有关,含有和键的有机磷农药倾向产生基质增强效应。甲胺磷等极性农药在番茄酱基质溶液中无拖尾,峰形良好。有必要制备番茄酱基质标准曲线(TMC),以减少甲胺磷等极性农药的基质增强效应。POO

Abstract:A study of the tomato sauce matrix-induced effect in gas chromatographic determination of thirty kinds organophosphoruspesticides residues was performed.Two different types of calibration curves were prepared, one was the solvent calibration curves (SC)and another was the tomato sauce matrix calibration curves (TMC). Linerarity ranges,correlation cofficients,linerarity equations,the limitof detections(LOD),recoveries and relative standard deviations(RSD) of the same acquisition data were obtained by using two differenttypes of calibration curves,t-test of the results obtained by using two different types of calibration curves was performed. Correlationcofficients of thirty kinds organophosphorus pesticides obtained by using the tomato sauce matrix calibration curves (TMC) were betterthe corresponding vaules obtained by using the solvent calibration curves (SC), the limit of detections(LOD) of methamidophos , acephate, omethoate and monocrotophos obtained by using the tomato sauce matrix calibration curves (TMC) were lower the corresponding vaulesobtained by using the solvent calibration curves (SC).Recovery values ranging from 70 to 120% were obtained by using two different typesof calibration curves , only the recovery values obtained by using the tomato sauce matrix calibration curves (TMC) were accorded with theacceptable range of 70-110% required by 2002/657/EC criteria. The results showed that matrix induced response enhancement waspresence, it was speculated that matrix induced response enhancement relate to molecule structure of organophosphorus pesticides andorganophosphorus pesticides which contain bonds(methamidophos,acephate) and bonds(Phosmet) tend to exhibitmatrix induced response enhancement.Good peak shape of polarity organophosphorus pesticides (methamidophos etc) in the tomatosauce matrix solution was achieved.It is necessary to prepare the tomato sauce matrix calibration curves (TMC) in order to reduce oreliminate matrix induced response enhancement of polarity organophosphorus pesticides (methamidophos etc) .
