六十年回眸：中国妇女理论研究的创新与发展

在系统回顾1949年以来中国妇女理论研究的历史进程的基础上,文章提出新中国前30年妇女理论研究的主要特点是党和国家领导重视,在妇女就业、妇女参政、职业妇女劳动保护方面观点明确,但系统研究不足,或研究局限于妇女组织内部、与国外交流相形薄弱等。而改革开放后,特别是’95世妇会后,妇女理论研究则开始了系统化、专业化和跨学科化的探索,其主要特点一是建立机构,推动学科化建设和基本理论建设;二是研究的领域拓展,性别视角强化;三是直面现实,影响决策和优先为妇女发展服务;四是研究的水平不断提高,与国外的交流也不断加强;五是研究不仅推动了妇女发展的进程,增进了社会的公平正义,也繁荣了社会主义学术研究与社会主义和谐文化的建设。

The Formation and Development of Innovative Mechanisms for Women's Studies Since China's Reform and Opening up

After China＇s reform and opening up, especially after the Fourth World Conference on Women in 1995, women＇s theoretical research began to make systematic, professional and interdisciplinary exploration, and it is characterized by the following five features： first, establish institutions, promote the building of disciplines, and construct basic theory; second, expand research fields and strengthen gender perspective; third, directly face reality, make influence on decision - making, and give priority to provide services for women＇ s development; fourth, the research level is continuously improved and the exchange with foreign countries is strengthened as well; fifth, the research has not only pushed forward the process of women＇s development, promoted social faimess and justice, but also improved the prosperity of socialist academic research and the construction of socialist harmonious culture.
