| Abstract: | With the approaching of 21st century and knowledge economy,the Party is sure to give increasingly full play to its vanguard role in the new historic period.To strengthen the Party building theoretically is the basis of keeping up and bringing into play the Party's examplary vanguard role;to promote party member's quality is the foundation of Party building itself and to perfect the democratic mechanism of the Party is the key to the Party building itself. |
