| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会经济的快速发展、人们生活水平的显著提高及医疗卫生条件的改善，我国农村已快速进入老龄化社会。人口老龄化对农村的养老保障带来了很大的压力．它关系到农村社会的稳定发展．更关系到中国社会经济的总体发展。因此，应充分认识人口老龄化条件下农村养老的现状及存在的问题，积极更新养老观念，建立家庭养老与社会养老相结合的养老模式，发展多种社会力量，使其参与到农村社会养老保障体系的构建中，大力发展农村老年福利事业。
