自动丝网印花机定位系统的设计

定位系统是丝网印花使网框中的花型准确的印在承印物上相应位置的定位装置。文章在分析目前丝网印花中定位误差的来源的基础上，设计出了一个以承印物为定位基准，CCD图像摄影技术为辅助，气压马达对网框微调的定位系统。该系统在自动丝网印花机中运行良好。

Design Positioning System for Automatic Screen Printing Machine

Positioning system is a screen printing position device which made the design in net frame accuratly printed on corresponding place of the printability part. Based on the analysis of the error sources of screen printing positioning, the paper devised a positioning system which took printability part as the locating datum, CCD image photography technology as auxiliary, pneumatic motor driving net frame trimming etc.This system runs well in the automatic screen printing machine.
