| Abstract: | The mentality and polity's work in colleges is afforded a new opportunity and challenge by development and application of the network. It is imperative under the situation that the mentality and polity's work is carried out in network. A suit of integrated innovation mechanism should be built in colleges in order to improve the maneuverability and actual effect of mentality and polity's work in network, including four factors about conception, channel, form and content. |
