| 摘 要： | 经济全球化背景下国际投资规则呈现自由化、多边化的发展态势.中国在吸引外资的激烈竞争中,面临发达国家推行自由化国际投资规则和维护我国外资管辖权的问题.我国外资法作出了逐步开放的调整,未来我国外资法的走向应该在公司法的体系内重新建构,并应把握住控制核心外资管辖权的原则.

| Abstract: | International investment against the background of economic globalization is characterized by the trend of liberty and multilateralism. In the fierce competition of attracting foreign investment, China is confronted with the rule of literal investment pursued by developed countries and jurisdiction of foreign investment. China's foreign capital law is gradually opening to the outside world. In the future it should be reset up within the system of company law and we should control the kernel jurisdiction of foreign investment. |
