The basic characteristics of distance learning

Comparing distance learners to the conventional ones,there exists difference in quality,individuality owing to environment,independence on learning mode and the interaction through multi-media on the regularity of learning.Through careful and full anal-ysis of all these characteristics,this paper suggests that distance learners should have the relevant internal and external conditions and only by owning these conditions can distance learning carry on and develop.
