| 摘 要： | 信息管理活动渗透在企业经营管理活动中，并通过企业的产、供、销的运作具体地反映出来，动态地组织和评价企业现代信息管理工作已成为信息时代企业面临的一个重要问题。主要从企业利用信息资源发挥其效用价值的角度出发，结合企业素质的特征，提出企业现代信息管理素质的概念，在此基础上从企业信息资源管理、信息管理系统应用和企业人员素质三个方面构建了企业信息管理素质测度体系，并就其测评方法进行探讨，提出了现代企业信息管理素质的定量测度系数CI。

| Abstract: | It is a very important task,at the present,for the business managers to evaluate information management in the enterprise dynamically.In this paper,the quality of enterprise information management is analyzed and defined.The evaluation system and computing index for the quality of enterprise information management are established in three aspects: the information resource management,the application for computer-based information system and the quality of the staff. |
