开放条件下中国零售组织的市场结构与政策构建

摘    要:开放条件下外资零售企业的快速进入是一种必然,但是对于中国零售组织的产业政策,政府却处于两难困境。基于理论分析认为:短期内政府应鼓励国内零售企业的适度集中,以便与外资零售企业进行竞争,适宜构建以“寡头竞争”型为主的市场结构;但是从长远来看,从消费者利益考虑,“垄断竞争”型市场结构将是较为理想的选择。

Abstract:It is an inevitable that the foreign-funded retail enterprises enter rapidly under the open condition.However,the government is in a dilemma on the industrial policy of China's retail business organization.Based on theoretical analysis,the author considers:in the short term,the government should encourage appropriate focus of the domestic retail enterprises in order to carry on the competition with the foreign-funded retail enterprises and to build suitably a market-oriented oligarchy market structure.But in the long-range view,considered from the interests of consumers,the monopoly-competition market structure will be a more ideal choice.
