| 摘 要： | 本文通过对江苏1990-2003年十四年实际利用外资的技术溢出效应进行计量检验和分析,得出结论:全省利用外资实际整体效应高出全国平均水平;人力资本整体吸收水平较低;FDI对制度变迁的影响较为明显。针对结论,我们指出,江苏应采取相应的对策以进一步发挥FDI的技术溢出效应,提高江苏利用外资的质量和水平。

| Abstract: | Based on the econometric test and analysis on the practical effect of technology spillovers of FDI in Jiangsu province from 1990 to 2003,the paper concludes that the practical effect of utilizing FDI in Jiangsu province is higher than the average in China,that the massive absorbing level of human capital to FDI is comparably lower,and that the influence of FDI on institutional transition is obvious.In light of this conclusion,we propose that Jinagsu take corresponding measures to put the spillovers effect to practice and to increase the quality and level of Jiangsu FDI. |
