| 摘 要： | 鉴于法理学本科课堂教学模式与教学方法中存在的问题，笔者根据自己在多年的法理学教学中积累的经验，提出教师应在授课中根据法理学的学科特点、教学内容和环节，建构“以讲授为基础，合理配置其他教学方法”的法理学最佳教学方法体系，从而改变传统的教学模式，力争取得最佳的教学效果。
