| 摘 要： | 就业难实际上暴露了学校教育与市场经济环境在某种程度上的脱节 ,也使更多教育专家认识到了职业指导在学校教育中的重要地位和关键作用。论文从职业指导的观念、职业教育的形式、用人市场的把握和职业指导的队伍建设等几个方面进行了探索性的论述 ,提出了学校职业指导工作的发展目标

| Abstract: | In fact,the difficulty of obtaining employment reveals that university education was separated from market economy in a manner,and makes more education specialists wake up to the important status and pivotal function of profession directing in university education.This paper discusses the conception of profession direction,the form of professional education,situation of human resources market and human resources training of profession directing,and sets goals of profession directing in universities. |
