基于SECI模型的高技能人才隐性人力资本转化机制研究

摘    要:"人力资本的根本目的是要创新,不论是产品和服务的创新,还是商业运作流程的创新"。隐性人力资本是人力资本研究的新视角,是创新的源泉。本文对专业技术人力资本——高技能人才人的隐性人力资本进行了界定和分析,在分析SECI重要意义和缺陷基础上,提出高技能人才隐性人力资本转化需要学习机制和共享机制的支撑,构建了基于SECI的隐性人力资本转化机制模型。
