对企业文化创新的几点认识

我国企业文化相对于世界先进企业文化来讲，还存在着较大的差距。当面临知识经济和世界经济一体化的挑战时，创新的问题已变得刻不容缓，企业文化创新将成为未来企业的第一竞争力，从而决定企业的生命力。企业文化创新的实施，必须处理好中国特色与符合“国际惯例”的关系；必须借助于现代企业制度的建立；必须重塑敢于冒险、勇于创新的企业家精神。

There is a big gap of corporation culture between our country and advanced ones in the world. We are confronted with the challenge of knowledge economy and integration of world economy, so the problem of innovation has been in great urgency. Innovation of corporation culture will be the first competitiveness of future corporations and play a critical role in corporations' vitality.
