摘 要: | 评价中心技术作为一项准确率高的人才选拔方法,日益受到企业和学术界的重视。本文介绍了评价中心技术的起源与发展,论述了评价中心技术中主要工具的特点和各测量工具所测评的胜任力,并探讨了该技术在企业中的应用模式。

Abstract: | Being an effective talented people selecting technology, enterprises and academic circles pay more and more attention to this assessment method. The article introduces the origin and development of the assessment key technology, discusses the characters of major tools used in it and the competence of the major tools, and probes into its applied models of in enterprises. |
