| 摘 要： | 满洲统治者入主中原之后,在东北地区实行长时期的封禁政策,禁止或者尽可能地限制汉人移民东北地区。其原因大致有三：避免汉化而保留满洲风俗;为旗人生计考虑;满足自身之私利。

| Abstract: | After the Manchurians became the ruler in China,it practiced the prohibition policy to the northeastern region for a long time,forbade and obstructed the Hans to migrate to the northeast region.The reasons include: to maintain the culture of the Manchurians so as to not be influenced by the Hans;to consider the benefit of the Manchurians;and to meet its own desire. |
