| 摘 要： | 出版发行人专业化的高低,直接影响着出版市场竞争能力的大小,更直接影响着出版社的生死存亡。目前出版发行行业已朝着专业化的方向大步迈进,但郑州市出版发行人的整体专业化现状并不乐观。为此,只有提升出版发行人员的社会地位,完善出版物发行员资格认证,大力发展出版发行专业教育,建立完善出版发行行业协会,才能提高出版发行人的专业化水平,适应郑州市出版发行业的快速发展。

| Abstract: | The professional levels of publishers directly affect the competitiveness of the publishing market,and have more direct impact on the survival of the publishing house.Current publishing industry has a big step forward towards specialization,but the whole professional status of publishers in Zhengzhou is not optimistic.Therefore,only by enhancing the social status of publishing staff,improving the qualifications assessments of publishers,developing publishing professional education,establishing and improving publishing industry associations,can improve the professional levels of publishers and adapt to the rapid development of Zhengzhou City Publishing Industry. |
