物理学、化学、医学、经济学诺贝尔奖获奖者取得成果年龄分布模型

摘    要:创造能力受先天遗传、后天教育以及个人努力程度等多种因素影响。其中,年龄也是影响创造能力的一个重要因素,即使同一个人在不同年龄阶段创造能力也不相同。物理学、化学、医学、经济学等诺贝尔奖获奖者取得成果平均年龄为40.16岁,35岁取得成果最多。学科成熟越早,越有可能较早地取得重大成果;取得成果年龄函数呈现“提高快,下降慢”的特点。一生中黄金创造期大致是26岁至46岁年龄段。

Abstract:Creativity is influenced by many factors such as heredity,education and personal exertion.Age is also such an important factor.The creativity of the same person may vary at different ages.The author observes that the Nobel winners' average age for discoveries and inventions in physics,chemistry,physiology & medicine and economics is 40.16,and the best productive age is 35.It is also discovered that the researchers can gain their achievement earlier if their discipline is more mature than others'.The function of age exhibits a trend of a fast up-going and a slow down-going movement.The prime age for creativity and productivity is from 26 to 46.Finally the author suggests that good environment should be provided for the scientific researchers to make achievements in their golden years.
