现代职业教育系统面临的问题和解决的方法

在我国职业教育系统中,普遍存在工学结合不紧密的现象。用系统论的方法分析其原因,在于学校系统与企业系统缺乏统一平台,学校系统内部教学子系统和科研子系统地位不同,以及企业系统开放性不足。对此,应构建中央控制机制,实现学校教学、科研子系统的串联,鼓励企业将选人用人机制与高职学校紧密相连。

The Problems of the Modern Vocational Education System and Their Solutions

It is quite common that in the vocational education system in China,the connection between the enterprise and the school is not tight enough.The analysis based on system theory tells that the reasons for the situation lie in the lack of a unified platform which connects the systems of school and enterprise,the different status of the teaching subsystem and the research subsystem within the school system,and the insufficient openness of the enterprise system.In view of the above problems,it is suggested that a central control mechanism be built to tie the teaching subsystem to the research subsystem in school and to encourage enterprises to link their mechanism about the employment and selection of staff with vocational colleges.
