大学生骨干帮扶留守儿童长效机制探索

留守儿童是一类特殊的社会弱势群体，受到国家和社会的广泛关注。高校学生骨干是学生当中的积极分子，是高校“青马工程”的重点培养对象。针对我国留守儿童的现状和存在问题，根据高校学生骨干帮扶留守儿童活动的指导原则和现实可行性，可通过建立工作小组开展相关调查研究，创新帮扶内容，多角度开展大学生志愿服务，加强联络，建立帮扶常态机制，扩大宣传，在高校形成关心、关爱留守儿童的浓厚氛围，从而使留守儿童帮扶和学生骨干培养相互融合，相互促进。

On the Long-term Mechanism for Undergraduate Leaders to Help the "Left-behind" Children

The ＂left-behind＂ children （e.g. of migrant workers）, as a special kind of social vulnerable group, arouse wide concern of China＇s government and society. Undergraduate leaders, as active members among the students, are the perspective targets of ＂Young Marxists Training Project＂. In view of the current situation and existing problems of these children in China, according to the guiding principle and realistic feasibility in the student leaders＂ activities of helping these children, it contributes to make both Support Program and Training Project integrated with mutual promotion through the following ways： establishing a working group to carry out the related research; innovating the aiding contents; carrying out undergraduate volunteer service with multi- dimensions; strengthening the contact while setting up the regular support mechanism; expanding the publicity; forming a strong atmosphere in colleges and universities with concern and care for these children.
